Gabe Kapler did all he could with his bat, but it just wasn't enough for the Chicago(A) White Sox to pull out a victory. The 25-year-old left fielder rapped out 5 hits in the game, but couldn't overcome the Minnesota Twins. The White Sox lost the game 7-6 today at Metropolitan Stadium.
G. Kapler singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th and singled in the 7th.
Kapler is hitting at a .300 mark this season. His stats show 4 home runs, 36 RBIs and 48 runs scored. He has played 63 games for the White Sox. |

In a very impressive mound performance, Barry Zito stopped the Minnesota Twins cold. The 23-year-old White Sox hurler blanked them on 2 hits to post a 16-0 triumph.
